Dear All,
Our club will be organising a self-defence course titled 'Fight Back 08.' You will learn to defend yourself against numerous basic strikes, grabs and locks. No martial arts background is required so come on down and join us on the 16th of February 2008.

Conducted by qualified instructors, the course will be presented in an interactive and fun-filled manner. Participants will learn practical techniques and tips on how to defend themselves in physically threatening situations that they might encounter on the streets.
