Our training sessions consists of a multi-disciplinary curriculum. Members get to learn and excel in unarmed combat, taekwon aerobics and 'poomsae' (dance-like movements).
Our club is led by our chief coach, Mr. Tan Kheng Juan, Henry. Assisting him are Dr. Christina Liew and Mr. Lai Han Seng, all experienced taekwondo practitioners. We also have senior helpers like Mr. Michael Wong and Mr. Na Kok Peng teaching our members.
